1.0 Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study Technology improves itself as day goes on. Because of technologies a lot of works and jobs become easier. Computer makes a service or performance of an organization or company faster and productive. Without technologies, it makes the performance of the staff more difficult. In our day to day lives, computers have been an integral role to play. One of the best things about computer is the fact that it can help us to save so much of manual power and time. Tasks can be done automatically and that will lead to saving the countless hours that may otherwise have been spent on doing the job manually.

1.2 Problem Areas
1.2.1 General Problem
The general problem of the Philippine National Police of Sarrat is they encountered difficulties in their criminal records.
1.2.2 Specific Problem
They fail to see or notice the number of times of requested police clearance of every applicant.
So much time was spent when looking for a file and record.
The PNP- Sarrat is loaded with paper files folder.
Inaccurate records.

1.3 Statement of the Objectives
1.3.1 General Objectives The proposed system will organize storage of records for easy retrieval when needed.
1.3.2 Specific Objectives
Display and count the number a person got his/her police clearance.
Will locate files and record faster and easily.
Load of paper files will be converted to a computer files.
Display accurate records of police clearance applicant.

1.4 Significance of the Study This study is design to help the duty police officer to display the information or record he/she needed. It allows fast, accurate and reliable access to records. This will give effective management of information. Records will be maintained for specific purposes and the information contained in them must meet those purposes. Where records are migrated across changes in technology, the evidence preserved must remain authentic and accurate. It will ensure that information is
