1. Introduction
For any school year, every passing moment leads to an end. When the time comes, it also means that an excited summer is getting closer, which is the right-and-perfect time for students to get the party started. Obviously, many of them would like to travel in order to get relaxed as well as to avoid to the tropical heat of Hanoi’s summer. Due to the great enculturation and the globalization in Vietnam, the majority of people these days seeks to go abroad, they feel bored with things that happen around frequently, thus want to have new experiences from other foreign countries, such as America, Korea or Japan, etc. As a result, this trend brings up a huge opportunity for us to celebrate the closing ceremony named ‘1 day around the world’ – an event which is not only for students but also for teachers and other people who are interested in having a ‘one-day-whole-world’ vacation. However, unlike any other common ceremony of Foreign Trade University, this event is totally new and unique. In other words, while being really attractive and likely to be successful, it also raises many issues for us to face. This list below comprises the main questions that need to be answered. 1. What are the major activities of this ceremony?

2. What is the total cost of this event?
3. Which is the main object of the ceremony?
4. How to invite people effectively and efficiency? And
5. How can we gain benefits from this ceremony?
In order to successfully finish this task, our team pays a great effort in collecting the data, we conducts a research within the university as well as in the market, carefully uses the analysis tools then comes up with some solutions for the problems mentioned above. After all, we figures out that this closing ceremony is worth to celebrate, it will not only give us the ability to satisfy all of the participants, but also brings along many side benefits, such as to extend the reputation of our university.

3.2 Ideas
a. Flash mob:
First of all, between the noise of people and people, immediately, the music is turned on. At the same time, there is a group in the middle of the yard which has 10 people starts dancing with the music. Suddenly, the music is changed and this group also changes to appropriate to the music. The changing of music and group are quick or ‘flash’ with the simple action to attract people which are doing other things to the stage. ‘Flash mob’ can concentrate everyone in a short time and people all dance (because the music is rock and the dancing is simple). Finally, the atmosphere is hotter and the MC can start the closing ceremony with all attention of participants.
