The reporting party (RP) stated while retrieve the personal belongings of foster children of Jesus and Jose, the former foster mother Ofelia Romo disclosed foster child Jose's inappropriate behavior. According to the former foster mother foster a current child Yahir Orenelas disclosed that Jose attempted to have sexual relations with him. Yahir was able to fight Jose off; therefore Jose climbed into the top bunk and attempted the same behavior with his brother Jesus. Both foster children wrapped themselves in blankets and lay on the floor. No further detail regarding the date the incident
