As I place these children in a temporary Foster home, I would focus and help Leila the mother to improve children-parent relations better and care taker and below are ways I would support her:
Swedish Language, since communication is very important for transactions, I would find out why she dropped out of Swedish language class. Upon finding out, I would organize for her convenient lessons and teacher and explain to her why the lessons are important, then convince her take on again Swedish language classes.
Parental skills lessons, having studied the case very well, this care taker/mother lack parenting skills. As a professional I would arrange for her parental skills lesson so as she learns how to communicate to the children, nurture, tame and relating with the children without using

It also contributes to parental reconciliation with her own childhood history of abuse if any existed and secured attachment with children; help her understand not just her children’s feelings, thoughts and motivations. Additionally this would help mother to deal with her children’s challenging behaviour.
Separation from family members, a husband has immediate, as well as long-term consequences for children and the wife. Therefore, this intervention would support the natural healing and recovery process by restoring resilience as quick as possible in the face of these challenging circumstances of the care taker.
Ignorance of the Swedish law has left many of migrant families to fall victims when they keep hold of their ancestral cultural practices for example honour killing, female circumcision, child disciplining. Therefore sensitization of the care taker/mother and other migrants would increase awareness of the Swedish laws and minimize law breaking, and bad cultural
