Case Study Nia Confidence
Nia confidence and know it all attitude caused her to not do well on her paper. Nia should have used mulling in the very beginning instead of skimming through the directions. If Nia would have used the mulling process in the beginning she would have known to give credit to the authors and use quotation marks in doing so. Nia should have used her sequence first when she began to write her paper. Nia also should have tethered her confluence. Nia used confluence first throughout her entire paper, causing her to not do what her instructor was asking her to do. Nia has to learn how to FIT her LCI patterns to her assignments. Nia has to tether her learning patters in order to become a successful intentional learner.

In week 2 I used confluence first

However, problems with my grammar and use of conversational language had developed in my 2nd assignment thus for this Assignment, I have gone to CASE to get my work checked and get advice on using academic terms to gain confidence in getting above 70% in the language, presentation and structure sections. Additionally, in terms of analysis, I was focused on the key points or had to combine two points which helped me to evaluate the points enabling me to come to a judgment. Finally, I started my assignment fairly early which I found the assignment easier to conduct giving me capability in gathering research materials of different time periods to the fairly recent articles in providing me a wide scope of the organisation and hence helped me to get a balance of each side as well as had given me time to go to CASE for help, therefore, I believe I will improve my grades for this assignment by following the strategies…

Charlotte Perkins Gilman’s “The Yellow Wallpaper” written as a first person journal entry is a great example of symbolism in the literature. The narrator uses various symbols like window, nursery and wallpaper to serve as reflection of protagonist’s state of mind and indication of societal suppression. It was written during early-to-mid nineteenth century positions female imprisonment within domestic sphere. The narrator sets the wallpaper as a symbol of protagonist state of the mind. When I was reading the four stories from the learners in chapter three, I noticed that each of them used different patterns to write their papers. Makayla was one learner that used sequence first. She was very inquiring when it came down to what she was asked to do. Makayla needed to know too much and in this case it led her to have a duel and repetitious assignment. The advice I would give Makayla would be to field fit this, trying to focus using a different learning pattern or approach. Makayla should have written her thoughts down first and not worried so much about being correct, so she would be able to provide new information and a more clearly written paper. Another way for Makayla to field fit would be to start in the middle and not focus on a specific laid out plan. Begging and end come last.…

I have learned that revising your writing makes it way better than before. You find your mistakes and realize you can replace words such as “bring to” to a different high vocabulary word such as “cease”. I know now that there is no way to make your paper perfect. There will always be a word, words, or sentence you could change. In addition, I’ve gained a better understanding on passive and active sentences. Once I was done writing my paper, and began to reread it I found some passive sentences. All I did was revise the sentence which helped my writing flow better. Initially, I read the first paper I wrote for the Quarter 1 Writing Assessment and I noticed that I didn’t follow the directions completely. As I read on, there were many simple sentences and not many transitional words.…
