Dear Mr. Mario Cumino

The main problem is that the customers are interested to buy a product with a lower price, which means, customers will looking for a similar but less cheaper product, and after our informal meeting to discuss and solve the problem to Caferoma's company,and I have analyzed the possible solutions to change it.

As we all know more than half of us can't start off our day without a good, hot, delicious cup of coffee, it's like a enjoyable and important daily rituals to millions of people. Now while there are countless types to choose from, you need to prove customers that they need to choose your product instead of Starbucks.
Every individual coffee has it own unique fragrance, taste, name and design.
How can customers figure out if a coffee is a good without trying it?! Exactly! The truth is, they can't! So when they go to grocery store to get a coffee they choose -
1. What they buy usually,
2. What they can afford,
3. Depends on brand.
It's really important how does the coffee smell, because it is first what customer feels and it provides and indicate of how coffee will taste. After they feel coffee smell, it's how the coffee feels in customers mouth and aftertaste what remains after swallowing. So you need to be creative, original and unique with a design and flavor.
You need to make your product speak to customers in a relatable way!

Here will be few solutions I would like to offer to your company -
1. You can try to change packaging design, make it more modern and enjoyable, like a "real eye catcher" who grabs attention. Make it easy to use at any time and any situation. You can add interesting and correct information about the coffee type, and from where it comes, maybe a little history and why it is so special, and how to brew it to make it extra delicious. As well you can try to classify coffee in roast profiles, which may help customers easily to find there desired flavor and intensity.
