The company was incorporated in July of 2012 and elected sub-chapter S. The founders of this company are Jomar Taligatos and Kaye Petrola. Mr.Taligatos is in the position of President while Ms.Petrola is the position of Vice President. Jomar and Kaye each own 2,500 and the remainder are retained by the company for future distribution. In addition they have loaned the company 20,000 of their money for research and start-up costs. A suitable site for the first catering kitchen area was found in January 2013 and lease negotiations are in the final stages. The location will be on 1004 Meralco Ave, Ortigas Center just inside in Pasig and close to a dense population of the target market. When the lease is signed there will be three months of free rent for construction and in that time the balance of the start-up funds must be raised.
