Roles and Behaviors

Description of Company
Cyber Style is a company that is being developed to change the way the world shops for clothes. We are dedicated to making the shopping experience fun and easy. We use a computer program to scan the human body and then artificially shop for and try on clothes on a virtual platform. Cyber Style does not carry clothing in store, yet we order ala carte based on the selection/selections made from the program.

Roles and Behaviors
Entrepreneurs
The entrepreneurs of Cyber Style will be the heart and soul of our energy, boldness, courage, expertise, insight, and ruthlessness to acquire productive resources. They are to take advantage of business and software opportunities to create the technology needed to operate our product.

Managers
Our Managers at Cyber Style will control and develop our business operations. Our managers are to delegate the responsibility of creating profitable goods. They are to help design the company’s organizational structure of recruitment, productivity, retention, and job satisfaction. They are to lead our company and employees in the direction of success.

Employees
The role of our employees is to obtain the knowledge of excellent customer service, as well as the operation of our computer software. They are to receive payment and process orders. They will report directly to our management.

What behaviors and attitudes should be cultivated in your organization? I would expect all employees to hold a positive and friendly attitude towards customers, management, and co-workers. Working well with each other would be expected and a teamwork environment demanded. As our company grows and gains success the employees will be rewarded as a team. I would expect that all employees/management display a professional manner while at work and speak positively of our company. They should be willing to display
