Our code of conduct is to make sure that we take responsibility for our employee’s actions. We believe that we should act in an ethical manner at all times to protect our company and clients. Company Vision The vision of this company is to provide the most memorable service that our clients may have ever experienced. We are here to protect the client’s privacy and to create opportunities for those looking to climb the corporate ladder. The Rehab Center that cares is a Non-profit Organization that has many private investors and receives funding from the government. We pride ourselves in providing top service for our clients that are having a hard time with drugs or alcohol. We don’t look at the patients as just patients but we look at them as ourselves just needing someone to help them get back to functioning properly in society. Overview of Code of Conduct

We practice individual responsibility, integrity, and accountability. We ensure to do the job right and if any issues arise than we will make every attempt that it is resolved in a professional and swift manner. Our code of conduct helps us in our decision making process. The rules apply not only to you but also to me and everyone in the company. The rules must be reviewed and acknowledge by everyone in this company regardless of their title. Our code exists to promote lawful conduct and helps protect you with any questions that you may have regarding ethical or legal dimension. Code of Conduct This company’s reputation is very important and we would like to be recognized as having a great reputation. In order for us to do so our employees (rather salary or staffed) must conduct business in accordance with the highest level of ethical standards. We are expected to behave honestly, respectably, and we must have decency towards everyone that comes through our doors. Any legal or regulatory violation can be detrimental to the company’s reputation and can cause personal liability to employees or board members in some cases. Lines of communication are to remain open but in a chain of common format. Rules Any employees having concerns should ask questions, seek advice when needed and report any concerns that they have even if it’s regarding their manager. Any accusations of unethical behavior in the workplace will be examined so please make sure that you are sure before making reports that may be false and that has no supporting evidence. We will conduct an investigation on all reports and there will be consequences for each violation, depending on the issue it may lead up to termination. These employees will remain anonymous so there is no need to fear what someone will think. Making false accusations is considered false reporting and can lead up to termination. Equal Opportunity Employment We all must foster a diverse workplace. This includes age, physical ability, education, religion, ethnic background, sexual orientation, race, gender and socioeconomic status. We are all expected to treat each other with respect.
