In this essay I will be comparing the economic and dietary differences between the countries of Brazil and Madagascar. Primarily, I will be looking at the similarities and differences between their food and culture. One food item in particular is common between these two countries, and that is rice. Rice is consumed throughout the day accompanied with a source of protein.
