Branch Administration should collaborate with Compliance management to retrain the Branch staff on the requirement to provide TISA disclosures and fee schedules to non-customers when requested.

In addition, Branch Administration should collaborate with Operations Administration to re-evaluate the disclosure delivery process or implement additional procedural controls to confirm that account disclosure requirements (not limited TISA) are provided timely and accurately (non-customers or existing customers).
