The Behavioral Assessment System for Children is designed to weigh characteristics of behavior and personality, including negative and positive dimensions. The BASC provide a combined approach to the assessment of children, adolescents, from two years to age 18 over a wide range of informants. The assessments provides a portrayal of the child’s strengths and well as their weaknesses. The BASC uses a shorter-scale screening, 10 to 20 minutes, which is preferred by schools (Myunghee &Ebesutani, 2015).
