There are many competitors out there when it's about the ethics so to be successful and stay at the top the Apple has to work hard. Apple has announced that they will not support those vendors whose employee rights and the work requirements don't peer with them. After many complaints and facing controversy, now Apple is improving its code of ethics by making sure all the suppliers are following the rules and laws. One of the creativity Apple has invented is by encouraging their customers for recycling system. You can recycle any Apple products in their store, which customers have to trade their old Apple products, and they receive 10% discounts for the new version or receive a gift card. Later on, Apple found out that the products they are making using some toxic equipment, which was harmful to the health. Which they made improvements on that and started using better, not harmful ingredients to make it safer for the customers.
Apple will not make deals with any suppliers who rejects to follow Apple's code of conduct and to show the critical responsibilities of vendor policy the Apple declared an annual Supplier Responsibility Report, which states that Apple can take action against those who violates the rules and laws.
