1.0 TERM OF REFERENCE

I am Nadiah binti Sidek, ID number SHM 08-07 1598, from HND 3D has been given 6 tasks that is regarding to the topic of ‘Prepare a Promotion Plan for Tri-Specs, Inc’. In this report, I have been given several of tasks by the Marketing Manager of Tri-Specs, Inc that now had realize as a result of my first report that he will have to integrate advertising with other promotional tools in the form of an integrated strategy if they were to launch the TriSpecs in Malaysia. In the first task, I have to differentiate between the characteristics and objectives of FIVE (5) ‘Below the Line Tools’ promotional techniques. Second, I have to recommend and explain TWO (2) of the ‘Below the Line Tools’ that are popular in my country and recommend how those could be best for introducing TriSpecs to the individual consumers. Besides that, I have to recommend and explain TWO (2) of the ‘Below the Line Tools’ that could be best used for introducing TriSpecs for the business/trade consumers. Next, I have to explain to Tri-Specs, Inc how I could manage a campaign for TriSpecs in Malaysia.
