And also the increasingly of immigrants, people can immigrate to the country that they like to having a life in there. Therefore, the trend for employee diversity is increasing and it should be wisely for thinking how to manage employee diversity but not is avoid it.

Advantages of Employee Diversity
There have many advantages in employee diversity and I am going to discuss three main advantages of it, one main advantages of it is let the employee to be learning and growth to more creativity. Andrade state that “Creativity increases when people with different ways of solving difficult problems work together towards a common solution create more diverse ideas that develop a workable answer”. Working together with the people of different culture in the workplace, it can contribute to the employee have more knowledge and ideas, because there is some barrier that the people themselves cannot cross over it. Ingram provides that “Being exposed to new ideas, cultures and perspectives can help individuals to reach out intellectually and gain a clearer view of their surroundings and their place in the world.”
Second advantage of it is the diverse experience; the experience of the employee may helps a lot at the work place. Ingram
