A Very Brief Story Of Walt Disney World
Walt Disney didn't know it yet, but he was going to change many lives. Walt Disney made cartoons and created the mouse that everyone knows, Mickey Mouse. Mickey Mouse became so popular that Walt started building a theme park called Disneyland. Disneyland opened on July 17, 1955 in Anaheim, California, and it was a huge success. Since Walt wanted to expand, he later bought land in Orlando, Florida and started building Disney World. Unfortunately, Walt died in 1966, before Disney World opened on October 1, 1971. Disney World has made many lives happier, including mine. One reason why Disney World is an amazing place is because it has wonderful customer service. At Disney World, the staff, who are known as "cast members," always ask how your experience is. Wherever you are, in the parks, at a restaurant, or at your hotel, the cast members are smiling. Their happiness and positive attitudes make the Disney experience so much better. Also, I have food allergies, and at meals the managers always come out to tell me what I am safe to eat. You can always count on great customer service at Disney World. …show more content…
The Disney World experience is one of a kind. I know first hand, since I have gone to Disney World five times and been on five Disney cruises. Another part of the Disney experience is taking pictures with all of the characters. When I was younger, I would dress up as the princesses and take pictures with them. I will always have those pictures to look back on my fun memories. Taking pictures with characters isn't just for the younger kids, it is for people of all ages. My trips to Disney World have provided me with lots of memories that I will never

This translated to their theme park because Walt wanted to create a theme park that the whole family could enjoy (including the dad) and have the experience be innovative and exciting. Disney continues to operate in a way that appeals to more than just the child audience in all their business ventures. Walt’s vision is still evident throughout Disney and will continue to stand as a guide as they continue to pave their future.…

My fondest of a Disney park was a 2005 trip to Disneyworld with my wife and young daughter. During our stay we visited the parts of the park my daughter prefered at the time, which was mainly princesses and fairy tales. One of her favorite rides in the park was called “it’s a small world”, which is a boat ride consisting of models of little islands, boats, and little figures. She also loved seeing all the princesses and visiting them. Personally, I like all of the roller coasters and thrill. Overall we had an amazing stay and a pleasant experience.…

Jacob, my oldest son, has memories based on the wonderful sights of Disney World. Obviously, the most impressive image that comes to him is the colossal image that comes into view almost as soon as you enter the park. He recalls the vibrant colors that seemed to guide you from one attraction to another. He enjoyed the illuminating fireworks that lite up the starry night. But to my surprise, his favorite memory was taking numerous photos with the characters that could be found everywhere you looked.…

When I think of Disney World I see it as this monument that has a place in all childhood memories. These memories include a lot of happiness and most importantly, fun with the family. After all of the time that I took trips to Disney, I can still clearly see the smiling children gushing over their favorite Disney characters and the equally excited parents who had to speed walk just to keep up with them. Another memory that is evident, is that feeling of nerves a person feels when they’re about to get on a scary rollercoaster, but also that feeling of accomplishment that comes after once they’ve conquered it. Disney World represents home to me not only because of the great experiences that come with it, but because it is located in my hometown Orlando. I have to admit I do miss living there and knowing that Disney World is not too far away always gives me an excuse to visit. As a kid, I would always go on trips to Disney World and its image is a fond reminder of all those happy memories and easier…

When we think Disneyland, we think the happiest place on earth. For those who think this is an exaggeration, let me shed some light on why this place is magical for me. Disneyland to me means family traditions with a heart full of happiness and love. When you first enter Disneyland, you are overcome with a vast amount of emotions. I get a nervous feeling deep inside my gut. The excitement overwhelms me, knowing that in just a few small steps, I will see the castle at the end of Main Street. The smell of churros are in the air. The crowds are filled with children and parents. You can hear children’s laughter and excitement. And if you look closely, you can see Mickey and friends in the corner signing autographs and taking pictures. I close my…
