My name is Virginia S. Pattman. I am a citizen (30 years), and a tax payer of Liberty County. My money helps to pay fees to Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., who is the insurance company for the City of Hinesville.
Last week, an unidentified, well spoken, educated, and knowledgeable caller provided me with the following detailed information:
"Mrs. Pattman no one is pushing your Trip and Fall accident. The insurance company is playing politics with the legal systems and the locals in charge. They are trying to squash your case and trying to deny your claim.
"Listen to me closely, if the insurance company's investigator had conducted an onsite investigation of the parking lot construction site, Mr. Green or his representative would have required the construction company to 1.) Post a sign warning pedestrians of unsafe conditions. The investigator would have required the construction site to post a sign warning of hazard and warning pedestrians of poor walking surfaces. These unsafe conditions existed for two or more months after your serious fall."
"Mrs. Pattman, I can not get involved, but you should write to the of The Insurance & Safety Commissioner and ask for an investigation of your claim, ask for the investigation under The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
Based on the information I recieved from the caller, and other information obtained from other sources, I am filing a complaint against Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc.

I am alleging the following:
Mr. J.T. Green, investigator for Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. did not begin his investigation of my Trip and Fall accident as soon as possible.
The investigation was not done within the 18-24 hour time frame required for my Trip and Fall accident.
Mr. Green failed to provide factual evidence of the property, which was a construction site.
Mr. Green's findings are bogus, and his evidence is bogus, bias, and unfair.

One idea I have that I want the National Secretary's Council to implement is for Council participate in Chapter meetings, whether it be in person or through video calling, and to record minutes. This could, in turn, help the chapter secretary or chapters learn how to keep efficient and organized minutes on chapter activities. Council Members working together with chapters across the nation can help FBLA be one, connected organization. Another idea that could be implemented is editing the resources provided by FBLA, and assuring that they are up to date, and easily accessible to anyone. This could be very beneficial to newer chapters and advisers who are just getting started. Crucial information, like scholarships, news and updates can be relayed…

Each day patients put their health and trust in the hands of health care providers. Unfortunately, there have been times when the treatment provided, whether accidental or intentional, has caused harm to the patient. Patients who have experienced injury have the right to file a civil complaint against that provider that caused the injury. Some possible reasons for civil complaints are that personal information for a patient was shared without proper consent, negligence, or assault. These injuries are covered under Tort Law. This essay will identify a civil complaint process that patients may follow in the event of misconduct or incompetence by a provider.
