Uninsured Motorist Case Study
Thank you for the email.
I am sorry that you have had such a hard time and I am sorry that this happened to you. The lost wages were calculated to be $6671.00. The pain and suffering was calculated at $6700.00. The release is an incurred medical bills release. That means Progressive will resolve all of the accident related medical expenses prior to settlement. Once you settle your claim the claim is closed. Your credit rating is not specifically part of an uninsured motorist claim. It is difficult to calculate an accurate amount for pain and suffering. The amount is based on what claims with your injuries and complications have settled for in the past. What do you think the accurate amount is?

On Friday, March 8, 2013, I was involved in an automobile collision in my 2002 Mitsubishi Galant. The time was approximately 6:45 a.m. The account number related to this vehicle is 78811654. I was coming to a stop at a red light at the intersection of Stark St. and Liberty Ave., and then a grey 1996 Ford F-150, Oregon plate 364 EUC, driven by Alex Johson rear-ended me. Mr. Johson seemed unaware that the light at the intersection had turned red, and failed to come to a complete stop. The impact was not severe, but my car will need repairs to the rear bumper, trunk, and driver’s side taillight. I have enclosed photos of both cars after the impact, and Mr. Johson’s insurance information. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I am available Monday-Friday, 5 p.m.-10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Thank you for your assistance.…

In severe cases, gallstones can cause life-threatening inflammation of the pancreas or jaundice (Brisbane Liver & Gallbladder Surgery, 2012). If Mrs. D’ Angelo has to continue waiting for surgery, she may also complicate the procedure when she does have it by allowing more time for the stones…
