As for Manage being defined as to handle or to direct with a degree of skill or to exercise executive, administrative and supervisory direction To simplified the meaning, change management in the context of organization are the procedures or technology that intended to realign the organization with the demands of their business environment or to capitalize on business opportunities.It consists of a structured process that going to causes changes that going to adjust the organization to face the very competitive business markets. According to Ackerman (1997) as cited by Sutherland & Iles (2001) types of change can be categorized into 3 division that are: Developmental Change
Here the change that enhances or correct existing aspects of an organization that often focused in the improvement of skills or processes. In developmental change it may either planned or emergant and it is first order or incremental. Transitional Change

As for Kanter (1983) and Nandler & Tushman (1989) as cited by Sutherland & Iles (2001) this types of change, the basis are much of the organisational change literature where it had the Lewin’s Theory, that will be explained more further later. Transformational Change

This type requires a shift in assumptions made by the organization and its members which can result the organisation different from it structure, processes, culture and strategy. It were radical or second order in nature. Factors that need to be considered in change management
