Training and development is important because of technological advances that played a huge role in changing the method used to delivered knowledge to employees. Due to the technologies are advancing at an amazing speed, with knowledge doubling every year. Such as computer, Internet, cell phones, text messages, and e-mail affect how training is conducted. Without training and development, employees find that it is difficult to run daily operation without knowledge of technology.
Improve and motivate employees in term of efficiency and effectiveness
