Ms. Salem is the clinic director of Honeysuckle Clinic and has been in this role for around 3 years. After reading the case study there are both indicators of poor and good professionalism that Ms. Salem presents. Professionalism is defined by the ability to align personal and organizational conduct with ethical and professional standards that include a responsibility to the patient and community, a service orientation, and a commitment to lifelong learning and improvement (CITE). Within the cases there are example of poor professional behavior by Ms. Salem. One of those examples has to do with how she conducts her staff meetings.
