After introducing the project to his employees he then took the information to the middle –managers . He was even able to persuade the manager that wiki could be used for performance as well.
A great manager is one who leads by example. The manager would act as a facilitator as well as being in the background making the necessary adjustments to the small things in order to keep the organization running smoothly. A manager who is striving for greatness will lead by example working side by side with his or her employees so that they understand that although they are the manager they are still humble. Furthermore, a manager can drive individuals towards their goals by pulling together resources and people to make it happen. Managers make decisions, are action –oriented, have clarity, they inspire, they are about the goal. In conclusion, a great manager is not defined by a title. The manager’s role is defined by their ability to assess a situation and make the necessary adjustments that everyone meets the specific goal of the organization.
