Josephine's Case Conceptualization
Josephine, a 20 year-old female, comes into the wellness center today, to for a nutritional counseling session. Client’s height is 5’ 2 and weight being of 117 pounds. Josephine’s currently resides with her parents, who are both from a Central American decent. Josephine’s mother is from Honduras, and her father is from Guatemala. Culturally, both countries involved a great amount of rice, beans, and corn tortillas to almost every meal; this also includes fresh or fried vegetables and meats of all kinds.
