Founded in May 2004, and the headquarters is in Baltimore, Maryland. Due to the organizational objectives and strategy by bringing business solutions to customers, standing abreast of new technology and new concept; Chesapeake IT Consulting (CIC) tremendously grew and led to opening various satellite offices throughout Maryland. CIC has been successful Information Technology consulting services firm by providing IT and management methodologies to different businesses, organizations, and State/Federal government agencies. To give existing clients a wide variety IT related services and faster support whenever needed. This new system will help them source out the consultants with the right credentials and qualification to deliver their products and services effectively and efficiently to their clients’ needs while increasing their competitive advantage. It will also help to get the right consultant onboard in less time since they are anticipating huge accounts and stay ahead of their competitors. Utilizing this new system CIC will be effective, efficient, and competent when sourcing out for new clients because bringing in the best consultants within a short time, and build a cadre of consultants globally.

Applicant’s information is stored in the system and can be reviewed by the recruiter anytime to process and match job opening requirements Speeds up process to match job opening requisition by their skills sets, experience, and qualification.
Screening Resumes Reading and comparing resumes for the open Job responsibilities or
Requisition side by side. Systems can filter the requirements and the criteria set by the Organization for the job openings. Easily creates reports who are the qualified candidates that matched the requirements for the job.
Scheduling Interviews Onsite interview, Phone, Mail Keeps track of the status on the dashboard, notify applicants via email for the scheduled interview, and sends applicant’s information and scheduled interview to the Hiring Managers. With today’s technology Interview can be done remotely via web based apps such as Skype, etc. to save time for the Hiring Manager and the candidates.
