Def leadership leader can be either born or made (trait theory), there’s no doubt, but which psychological traits are characteristics on such personality? Be leadership is the ability to create a desired vision of the future that it is pursued, inspiring others to pursue and share the parametres, the effort and the succes. Leaders have ambition and energy, desire to lead, are honest, self-confidence, intelligence and have a relevant knowledge on the goal they pursue.
On situational leaderships it is found two similar and at the same time differents theories,
