The resources available on Campbell’s website include their Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, their Corporate Compliance Manual, their compliance and ethics training program, some information about their Integrity Hotline, and links to core corporate policies.
Campbell’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is the basis document of the Winning with Integrity program. The code blueprints the company’s basic standards and expectations, highlights Campbell’s important policies, and summarizes certain basic legal requirements that their employees must follow at work. It also provides guidance about other resources that employees can turn to if they have questions or concerns about a potential ethical or legal problem. This Code is available in multiple languages and every employee of Campbell receives a personal copy.
