Standards and Procedures:
It is the policy of this company to provide our code of ethics to each employee. All employees are expected to know and abide by the code of ethics, following it to the highest degree. All business conducted by employees of this company will follow this code. Candor:

All employees will be free of bias, using impartiality in all business dealings. Dignity:
All business will be conducted with respect and character, toward ourselves and others. Responsibility:
Employees will be responsible to themselves, each other, the company, and the community we serve. Personal responsibility is held in high esteem. Company Resources:
Company Resources are of the sole use of the company in the conducting of business. Use of the company resources for personal gain will not be tolerated by employees at any level.

It is the policy of this company to prohibit any and all harassment for any reason, to include but not limited to, religion, color, race, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, veteran status, or sexual orientation. Confidentiality:

Employees will use the utmost discretion when discussing any matter of company business. Official business should never be discussed outside of work. Discrimination:
