There are steps in being healthier in the food pyramid. Six sections on the pyramid for healthier lives (food pyramids). Grains: breads‚ cereal‚ rice‚ and even pasta. Second are the vegetables‚ next are the fruits. Next is the milk‚ after meats and beans. Last but not least are fats‚ oils and meats. That completes the health pyramid!
