SMART Goals After watching the video about SMART goals‚ I had a whole new outlook on the goals that I made for myself in the past. I had to reevaluate some things. I looked over the goals that I had and knew I had to make some changes. The goals that I had made for myself a few years ago were realistic but I didn’t have a set time frame to complete them.
