Creating the Resilient Organization:
Lesson 1
To survive and prosper in a turbulent environment requires operating as self-organizing and self-renewing system. Unleashing the forces of self-organization and self-renewal requires operating according to a different set of management “conditions.” this new “rapid response” entity is referred to as Resilient organization. Creating the Resilient Organization:
Lesson 2
Speed, responsiveness, and resiliency are the keys to winning in tomorrow’s turbulent and unpredictable environment. The lesson for traditional bureaucratic organization: Learn how to respond quickly or perish!
Quality is necessary but not sufficient.

Creating the Resilient Organization:
Lesson 3
The traditional “command and control” organization was designed for a stable and predictable business environment. Transforming these older bureaucratic companies and institutions into resilient “rapid response” entities requires a new organizational from based on a different set of management principles, referred to here as the Three Secrets of Rapid
Response Management, contribute towards creating a work organization where Employees are invested in the success of the enterpriser and are not shackled by bureaucratic constrain.

To win at the game of business in today’s and tomorrow’s marketplace requires you to have “players” who are both smart and committed. A basic requirement is that each employee understand “the business of the business.” we refer to this sharing of business information as the First Secret of
