As you recruit marketing professionals, identify the recruitment websites that you recommend be used for your internet postings and the reasons for your recommendations
From my personal experience with applying for jobs online or uploading a resume, I’m big on two companies, Zip-Recruiter and Glassdoor they both have what I was looking for, most importantly easy to navigate, easy to find jobs and simple instructions to post resumes. Both companies provided virtual assistance or online help and answers most frequently asked questions. Providing sufficient information about the company and what the company is looking for. It describes the company, its products and services, careers path information, and why you should work for the firm. To me I notice the vision, values, mission of the company. An outstanding recruiting site for any company looking to advertised for qualified person/applicants to fill open vacancies.

The companies give you a breakdown of what approximate of salary, fair market analysis updated regularly to reflect current jobs and positions. You know that your application/resume has reached a designated person and if selected the recruiter will send you a message and call for an interview. You can use your cell phone to apply for jobs and get the run down about the companies.
