Introduction:
Your Money PLC is a dynamic and well recognized life assurance company. Ken is the new manager for this company in the financial market he made a new rule of the company. The company has experienced significant financial problems reporting a downturn in its life and pensions business and which will require changes in how the company conducts its operations. (1). Discusses Ken’s management and leadership style and identify strategies that he could deploy to build confidence within the senior officer team.

The management roles are includes different function but the main functions are that:
1.Planning: involves making decisions about the organization to achieve its aims. And without planning sure that company will drift.
2.Organizing: involves the arrangements which are necessary for implementing plans. In this part the managers has to decide the jobs and divided to each employee to be

Staffing: staffing mean the manager must recruit, select and filling the right people according to their qualification in the right position.
4. Controlling: controlling mean guide the organization in the proper direction to accomplish the organizations' goals. The managers are responsible about settings, standard and motivating.
5. Leading: it involves the ability of leadership to lead, in flounce and motivate the employees to work hard to achieve organization adjectives. Also the ability of making staff satisfied in the organization.
After these issues which are in Ken, he has to focus in these problems and be more careful to improve the skills which can help his to be a successful director. He has to control the employee very well and be careful in his relationships with the employees.
According to the leadership theories and management role Ken was planning well but he failed in other aspects. He performs roles and objectives for his team to achieve good performance from his teams and team
