Woundry Incident Analysis Paper
The OR is still having daily issues on blanket supply. We need to call the #6850 every day to remind laundry to bring white blankets. I even end up calling several times to the supervisors to assist with this problem.

An incident this week occur, when one of my staff came to the laundry area to directly pick up blankets and the response he received was “we sent them to Miami”.

    Mr.Carl Robins is currently encountering several issues in his new role as the new campus recruiter for ABC, Inc.
