Why Soccer Is Important
Since I was six years old, soccer has been a huge part of my life. There is no doubt that playing a sport allows one to gain important qualities and learn from tough situations. In my soccer career I have learned how significant teamwork, leadership, positivity, and time management skills are in being successful in soccer. I have come to conceive how important it is to be there for my teammates and treat them like family. If the entire team is comfortable with each other and has the same goals, we are able to conquer anything. It always seems like a no brainer when they say “there is no I in team” but I've learned how important that saying really is. A group effort will always be so much stronger than one or two people trying to carry
