Why People Need To Be In A Diverse Environment
Having different languages and different cultures in an environment show the difference in people. Everyone has a different background and that is what makes us diverse. There is also problems that go along with in a diverse environment. Some problems that are in a diverse environment are being a stereotype and having miscommunication with people. Needs that need to be in an environment to support diversity are language, acceptance, and different cultures.

Having a different culture is what really brings out diversity among us. Cultures shows us where people came from and how they do things in their country. Someone's culture can be a big part of his or her life. For example if someone lives in China his or her culture would be different from someone who lives in India. The Chinese people would wear varies clothes and eat strange food compared to the people in India who would wear jewels on their body

If one would not accept it, he or she wouldn't want to sit by others that are different or one would have hatred toward another. One could have fear or can be races among others that have various skin colors or wear different clothing. An example of acceptance is when working in a workplace you tend to be kind, gentle, understanding and respectful towards the patients, regardless of how they look, smell or talk. (Asbury, J 2012) But not everyone is always accepting diversity. An example of not accepting diversity would be, if one would not hire another person due to that person's weight, skin color or the way one talked even if that person was highly qualified for the job.(Asbury, J 2012) The person that would be hiring should not judge the one they are hiring and only employ if one is highly qualified. That is a great example how someone is unable to be accepting of
