What affect the efficiency of the screw conveyor feeding?
The way of sand industry sustainable development mainly depend on the development of mobile crushing plant, resolve the industrial resources and energy consumption problems through technical innovation and industrial policy. The purpose is reducing industrial emissions of pollutants, greening the environment, reducing construction waste. The mobile crushing plant extraction using industrial waste as raw materials, produce different structure of sand aggregate production.

( 1 ) the material viscosity , easy caking. Viscous material , the material is easy to stick to the blade and screw conveyors wall, making the material handling process, the resistance becomes large , direct impact on productivity.

( 2 ) spiral diameter. Screw diameter size also affects the transport efficiency. Under the same conditions , diameter larger than the diameter of conveyors efficient small throughput and transmission efficiency is high .

( 3 ) the tilt angle and transmission distance. If the angle is too large conveyor , screw conveyor material on the bottom of the bearing pressure will increase , especially in vertical use, bearing If you can not bear too much pressure , it is prone to failure . Also a transmission distance is also one of the factors limiting the amount of transport .

( 4 ) the particle size of materials , temperature, moisture , abrasive and corrosive .

( 5 ) Screw speed. Related to the size of the conveyor motor power . Screw conveyor speed on the characteristics of the work is closely related to the material , the production of various high speed screw conveyor assembly demanding , and better balance . The following table has four kinds of speed choices, in fact, more conservative, especially in large, medium size, low speed , resulting in a greater waste. Recommended to take the higher speed of the table in the selection , better transportation efficiency.

The above chart shows how much load applied will cause the machine screw actuator column to buckle according to the extension length of the machine screw actuator. With the limit load of 600kg (1322.77 lbs), we decided on using either M1 or MA20 (Machine Screw Actuator Model) as they both have a critical load of 2000lbs. Additionally, their critical load does not get affected by any extensions up to 35 inches, which was more than enough for our needs (20 inches).…
