Are You Ready to Change your way of Life?

Millions of people battle weight loss every day. People come up with so many excuses as to why they cannot lose weight. Losing weight, eating healthy and finding time to exercise are the biggest complaints of most individuals that are overweight. According to Rob B (par 1), so many people fail at losing weight because they are lazy. Many people would like to lose weight and exercise but because of jobs, families and other priorities, it makes it difficult to find time to exercise. Every time you cut on the television, there are commercials referencing weight loss, bariatric procedures or some kind of diet plan? There are plenty of magazines, newspapers articles and books on weight loss stories and diets. Gyms and sports complex are constantly running adds and specials, offering all kinds if exercise programs and classes to help individuals get in shape. People never consider their health when it comes to losing weight. Everyone just wants to look good. Most people want to lose weight for a vacation. Some women want to lose weight because they are getting married. Some would like to lose weight just to get in an old or new suit. There are many reasons to lose weight. The number one reason to lose weight is for excellent health. Today, people just don’t take the health as serious as they should. People are dying because of being overweight. According to Rob B (par 2), people don’t understand the risk of being overweight. Losing weight is not always successful for everyone. People’s bodies are different. I have read that what may work for one individual, may not work for the next. According to Rita Kaitlin (Par 6), without effort and action, you will not succeed. For the most part when exercising you have commit and you have to exercise to see results. Once you decide that you need to lose weight, you have to willing to change your way of life. You cannot continue eating the same foods and not exercising and think you are going to lose weight. According to Ann Collins (par 7), if you want to lose weight and keep it off for ever, be realistic in your weight loss goals. Once you first come with a realistic goal you can go from there. Next you have to figure out what you are eating and how to change your diet. When you decide what diet is best for you, you may want to talk to a nutritionist. If you are serious about weight loss you may want to see a nutritionist, which is helpful in losing weight. A nutritionist can tell you what you are eating. A nutritionist will let you know whether your choices of foods are healthy and unhealthy. If you decide to see a nutritionist, they will teach you how to prepare, chew and select your food. A nutritionist is beneficial when trying to diet. A nutritionist will make sure that you are eating and preparing the foods that are best for you. A nutritionist may be a little expensive but the results are rewarding. All the money you spend on carryout, takeout and fast food you can use toward your goal which is losing weight and hire a nutritionist. Everyone cannot lose weight no matter what they try. If you are more than one hundred pounds overweight, you may want to see a bariatric doctor. Bariatric doctors work specifically with morbidly obese patients. These doctors specialize in obese patients that are having health issues due to being overweight. In most cases morbidly obese person is referred for cosmetic procedures. Cosmetic procedures are not always safe but affective. They have great results. Doctors find that it is harder for a person to lose 100 pounds than a person trying to lose 10-20 pounds. Bariatric doctors are recommending their patients to have gastric bypass or maybe the lap-band. Although there are other procedures, these are becoming the most common.
