The reporting party (RP) stated she visited the foster home today 12/9/16 and was made aware the foster children were served fresh raw cow's milk from the foster mother own dairy cow. According to the RP the milk was not pasteurized posing a possible health hazard. In addition the foster children were play outdoors among dilapidated old trailers. The trailers occupy a great deal of the outdoor place space and may become a temptations hence a hazard for the foster
