SUBJECT: BUDGET FOR ‘’KNOW YOUR COUNTY’’ VISIT AND MEETING OF SUB COUNTY HEADS.
Particulars:
The above stated activity is scheduled to take place in the sub-counties as follows:
Monday 8th April 2013. - Visit Mathira East, Mathira West, sub-counties
Wednesday 10th April 2013. - Visit Mukurweini and Othaya, sub-counties Thursday 11th April 2013 Visit Kieni East and Kieni West, sub-counties.
Friday 12th April 2013 Visit Tetu and Nyeri Central, sub-counties.
Participants.
The following Ofiicers from the Nyeri County ASDSP office will be involved in the exercise-; 1. ASDSP Coordinator 2. VCD Officer 3. clerical officer
At the county level the team will meet with following sub county heads;
District Agricultural officer, District Livestock Production officer, District Forest officer, District irrigation officer, District Lands officer, District veterinary officer, District Cooperative officer, District Fisheries officer, District Planning officer and the District Water officer.
Objective of the Visit 1. Meet the some sub – county Agriculture Sector Heads. 2. Discuss the Agriculture sub – county staff status. 3. Discuss the Agriculture sub – county stakeholder inventory. 4. Discuss and collect data on the current and potential value chains in the sub counties. 5. Distribute invitation letters for sensitization of the entire sub sector heads.
