10 interview questions for the plaintiff
1. Tell me what happened on June 27th , 2014 while driving your Dodge automobile in a northwardly direction on Lebanon road?
2. Did you see another vehicle in your lane on this road on June 27th? If so can you identify the vehicle and did you see the driver?
3. What happen after you spotted the Dodge Express Delivery truck vehicle in your lane?
4. Did you have any substantial pain after the accident accrued?
5. Can you describe where the pain came from?
6. Do you have any Doctor bills?
7. What financial loses did you receive due to the accident?
8. Do you have receipts of the financial losses due to the accident such as vehicle damages, time spent out of work, etc.
9. Can you remember what time of day the accident happened at?
10. Explain what kind of medical treatment you are currently receiving and will continue to receive due to the accident?
10 Interview questions for the Defendants expert witness
First off I’m assuming the expert witness is a Dr. but since I don’t know what the expert witness is exactly I will just ask relevant questions as pertained to any expert witness.
1. What is your background?
2. Which School did you attend?
3. What is your area of knowledge and what do you specialize in?
4. Do you have any affiliations to any professional organizations that relates to your field of knowledge?
5. What kind of tests do you render on patients? And what kind of tests did you do on the defendant?
6. Can you explain in detail how you perform or administer these tests?
7. Did you personally examine the patient? Did you just look at his records?
8. Did you test defendant for any injuries?
9. How do you know that the defendants injuries where from this accident and not from a previous injury before the accident?
