For my two organisations I have chosen Thomas Cook which is a Tour Operator, and my other one will be Hilton Hotel which will come from the accommodation sector.

Who are Thomas Cook?
Thomas Cook are a well-known and commonly used Travel Agents. Thomas cook are very proud to serve the 23 million customers who choose to use them as a Travel agent. Thomas Cook are one of the world’s leading leisure travel groups with massive sales over £9 billion and an astounding more than £20 million customers.
Thomas Cook is home to 27,000 employees and operates from 17 different countries around the world. Thomas cook is also one or two of the core of its markets.
What do they do?
Thomas cook is the second largest travel group in Europe. Also being one of the most excellent travel agents with its amazing service and being able to provide for all of its customers. Not only that but due to their attention to detail and exceptional service. Thomas cook has a wide range of accommodation for its customers with dedication into finding their customers the most affordable and the best holiday which suits all of their needs. Because of Thomas cook’s dedication to their customers and ensuring that they receive the best possible service it has led to loyal and returning customers.
Thomas cook are there to cater to all of their customer’s needs. If you need a packaged holiday or maybe something different, Thomas Cook are able to find your perfect holiday. Thomas Cook provides accommodation from amazing and high standard self-catering apartments to luxury five star hotels. Thomas cook give you different options which selected price ranges which are suitable to you. Each destination is specifically chosen to you, so if you need the best beach holidays, ski holidays, night life holidays, adventure or relaxation, Thomas cook are of assistants to make your perfect holiday come to life.
