Again the name of the organization was never mention even though it clearly said either CAMBRIDGE CARE CENTER OR BERKLEY MANOR CARE CENTER ALL IN COLORADO NON WAS STATED IN THE PAPER. I DO NOT KNOW WHICH ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE OR CHART THE WRITER WAS TALKING ABOUT.

Also the writer mention Board of nursing while he or she was answering same question 3. I don't think board of nursing has anything to do with an organization chart or structure".
