The Strategy: An Analysis Of Lowe's Strategies
The Strategy is broken into 4 sections; financial, customer, internal business process, and learning & growth. The map has an upward flow, leading to financial success. Starting with customer support and the in-store experience. These both effect the internal business processes. Making Lowe’s differentiated from its rival Home Depot. These also help bring in more joint successful joint ventures & acquisitions. This drive the loyalty and trust of the customers. They will trust Lowe’s more as they start to become distinguished from there rival. This all leads to generated cash flows and a better return the to shareholders.
