THE SOCIAL MARKETING CONCEPT

The societal marketing concept holds that the organisation task is to determine the needs, wants and interests of target markets and to deliver the desired satisfactions more effectively and efficiently than competitors in a way that preserves or enhances the consumer's society or well-being

This strategy is one used by many different businesses all over the world, but what makes it different from the rest is its approach towards the environment, health and similar problems. Nowadays, customers have become more aware about what’s going on all over the world, including the damages being caused on the environment by the production and selling of goods, and how such pollution can damage the population’s health.
What social marketing concept users do, as do all other marketeers, is try to sell their product in the best way possible. What social marketeers do is, take into consideration possible ways to avoid harming the environment.
Companies need to make sure that they are making use of ethical and socially responsible marketing. Business success is based around continually satisfying the customer and their stake holders through high standards of business and marketing conduct. The most admired companies in the world abide by a code of serving people's interests, not only their own.
Facebook rules- at least from a digital campaign perspective. Companies have many social media marketing options to build hype around their products and even more ways that haven’t been discovered yet. Social media marketing on Facebook produces results, builds brand loyalty and helps define your image. Companies can use Facebook to host their social media campaign in numerous ways. Creativity yields better results for businesses with their social media campaigns
