The first model is employment. The employment is either direct employment or indirect employment. According to research, “direct employment may be one of the worst ways to attempt to achieve alignment” () because a lot of conflict occurs which can decrease the alignment purpose. The best way is through indirect employment which is contracting. This way there is a third entity that can help in solve any issue that occur, but the bad side about indirect employment is the legal aspect which this paper will talk about in later discussion.
