A huge influence on my life has always been music in general, but some artist have has colossal impacts on my life and one of my biggest role models has been Dan “Soupy” Campbell. Dan Campbell is the lead singer of The Wonder Years and his songs and lyrics are about finding out who you want to be while growing up, finding a place of belonging and keeping a positive attitude even when things seem substandard. His songs seem to continuously help me out from day to day. Everyone tries to find somewhere where they’ll fit in, feel like a part of something, and knowing that someone is able to put those types of emotions into lyrics not only helps me out but also the thousand of kids like who listen to them.
