The Nursing Career
In the United States, there are about 2.8 registered nurses (Nursing Statistics, Minority Nurse.com). There are nurses all over the world. They go to work almost every day to help people. A nursing career requires great responsibility. Nurses have many duties to complete daily. They carry mounds of stress on their shoulders. They also have an important role in clinics. However, as hard as this career may be, being a nurse is very rewarding, and one should consider becoming a nurse. People should think about choosing this career because they help sick patients, they receive high annual pay, and nurses can specialize in areas of interest. Nurses help ailing people. Helping someone is rewarding because it always makes a person feel good. Therefore, when a nurse goes to bed at night, he or she will feel happy and accomplished …show more content…
Nurses do not have to be bored while working. They can specialize in different areas if they choose to. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist is the most popular nurse specialization. There are over a hundred nurse specializations, so he or she will indubitably find a perfect fit. A couple of specializations include nurse educators, nurse authors, genetics nurses, flight nurses, and military nurses. Some advantages of specializing is that they could get promoted, and managers may be more impressed when hiring them. These advantages could be a reason that a nurse would specialize. Nurse specialization is another good reason why people should think of becoming a nurse. For these purposes, nursing is a strongly suggested option when choosing a career. Assisting unwell patients, a sufficing salary, and various nursing specializations to choose from are reason that should cause someone to adopt a nursing career. It takes a very special person to become a nurse. If someone wants to help do good for the community, they should take this career because nurses help others that cannot help
