The New Guinea Pigs-Personal Narrative
Penelope and lulu are the names I picked out for the beautiful creatures I now am raising. They are now a part of my life and they mean everything to me. I get to live my life with a curious hamster and now two wild guinea pigs who scream like banshees when a bag crinkles. Just the thought of having them run around my room for a long time makes me smile in delight.

We sat there and sat there for what seemed like forever until we all shifted a bit then we stopped again. People honked their horns in anger. I wanted to cry what if she was not there by the time we got there. Suddenly this burst of energy came from all the cars and they seemed to rush out of the tight space quickly. I squealed leaving all thoughts of crying behind we would be there in no time.

"Sure," I replied. Ever since my son was little he loved going to the zoo; he loved seeing all of the different kinds of animals. He had two favorite animals, a swan named Pooh and a bear named Winnie. Whenever we went to the zoo I let him go up to Winnie and feed her, because I knew how much he loved her. So, one day, I bought him a little stuffed bear. Christopher Robin named the bear Winnie the Pooh after his two favorite zoo animals. My husband, A. A. Milne, and I noticed that he was getting tired of just one stuffed animal, so we bought him a donkey, a pig, a rabbit, a kangaroo…

What does our future hold for us? Will it fulfill our wishes and dreams? Will we have a happy family? Well in order to worry about our future, we have to learn from our past and how we have changed. About 65 million years ago, a meteor hit Earth and primates started to show up and eventually lead to our creation. There are many different kinds of primates that we have studied and learned from. We can go to different places to view and understand their life style. The Fort Worth zoo is one of those places where I went to observe and learn. I got to observe two white-cheeked gibbons and three ring-tailed Lemurs. Apart from their difference they also have some similarities.…

After that thanksgiving, the next time we all saw each other was at Christmas. Mom was, for the first time, able to actually get us gifts. After our big Christmas dinner, mom told all our kids the story of Christmas. The next morning we all sat around the Christmas tree exchanging gifts. “Here”, Mom said, “This one is for you Jeanette”, as she handed me a small box. I looked up at Mom and saw her smiling as wide as her face would let her. I looked inside the box and saw the little doll that I had when I was very little but had to leave behind when we left our camp at the beginning of my story. I was so surprised she had found another one of the exact same dolls. My happiness was tangible, and I immediately stood up and gave her a hug. Mom did the same for Brian, Lori, and Maureen.…

In The Three Little Pigs, and The Story of the Three Little Pigs, the first two pigs set out and end up making their houses out of unstable materials that, in The Three Little Pigs, the fox, and in The Story of The Three Little Pigs, the wolf, destroyed. However, the third little pig builds his house out of bricks and is able to resist and eventually vanquish the wolf and fox. When The Three Little Pigs, and The Story of the Three Little Pigs are looked at through the Marxist Materialistic lens both stories use symbolism to show the oppression of workers and why they need to stand up for themselves.…

The honk of a car jerked me back to reality. The car rolled and rumbled into the parking lot. I threw off my seat belt, leaped out of the car and dashed up to the door. A lady behind the front desk motioned her hand towards a row of seats. I sat down, tapped my foot and listened to the distant woof and occasional bark of the dogs. I shot up when I saw the door start to open. A lady with short brown hair stepped out with a dog. My smile started to fade. He was short and fat like a pig, and his black and…

I almost instantly proceeded to expire this little inhabitable. Inside was a little wooden table with two matching wooden stools. A tattered green teddy bear lay neglected in a corner. It was not much, but i had felt cosy and safe after a very long time. I did feel a little uneasy though, thinking about the rightful owner kicking me out of my new " home ". But i promised myself and the little teddy that i would do everything i my power to stay. As expected, a little person showed up a few hours later with a thankfully friendly face.
