AVON Products Inc was founded 1886 byDavid .H.MCONNEL and in 1938 charged the company from California Perfume Company to Avon products Inc. and is a USA company which deals products like cosmetics, perfume ,clothing and toys. Avon employs 42000 people and have annual sales of 10.8b worldwide. With Brazil being the company largest market with its internal options Avon has adopted the following mission statement
