The old barn was gloomy, but the light of the sun came gleaming in through the cracks of the barn, and made the straw glimmer like little tiny bits of gold. The shingles were in disrepair, however, the structure was sturdy, and the wood that surrounded it was worn with age, but it gave it character. Similarly, hay covered the floor as if it was a shield from danger. Hulga stood in the middle of the barn with her hands on her hips, looking toward the posterior of the barn at the ladder leading up to the loft romanticizing about Pointer and how their passions will ignite. Comparatively, hay covered the floor of the loft which set the prospect of love like a candle lit room. As well as, there being no animals in the barn which gave it a look of…

Her blouse was gone, replaced by a simple black dress. As soon as she got up to look around, she noticed that the environment around her was entirely different than that of the drive-in restuarant or her house. The sky was black, encompassed by large glowing rings of what looked to be ancient texts, and on its horizon was a rather large-looking moon. Connie felt oddly calm in this place, the red grass contrasted nicely with the dark sky. As she scanned her surrounding she found a path leading down.…

He awoke to the cheerful sound of singing birds, chirping happily in the tree tops above him. His back was rested at the bottom of a great oak tree, its branches full of fresh green leaves glistening with morning dew. A pleasant warm sun illuminated the thin valley that curved behind a hill in front of him. The smell of new green grass and bright colourful spring flowers brought a confused smile to his face as he stood up slowly. He started walking along the naturally made path of soft moss and wondered to himself where he could be. His mind was fuzzy and unclear but he could only have guessed the storm had gone off and that the sun had melted all the snow. This didn’t seem very likely but he didn’t really care what had happened as long as he was safe. Now that his immediate danger had gone, the man continued round thought the valley until suddenly he came across a remote little cottage, standing not far from him. The man began to feel a cooling breeze as the temperature started to drop and it was getting close to dark surprisingly quickly. The little cottage became more and more tempting…
